Presentation Guidelines

As a refiner centric event, preference will be given to presentations from refiners, based on real world case studies and actual operating experience.

We welcome abstracts from vendors that are co-authored and will be co-presented with a refiner.

We encourage all presenters to submit their abstract online using our new abstracts management system, but please do not hesitate to contact Thomas Willatt with questions or concerns.

Do you have permission to make a presentation? Please seek permission to present from your management and legal teams as early as possible.

Presentations will be given May 12 - May 14, 2027 in Galveston.

The provisional agenda will be released in February 2027.
